Western Reserve is a USDA / FSIS inspected facility. We uphold the highest level of food quality in the beef business. We accomplish these quality standards through a commitment to established programs, processes, and production values.

Our Quality Assurance Manager is HACCP and SQF certified.

The facility is certified in Food Safety, GMP, Animal Welfare, SRM and E-coli annually. As well as semi-annual Export Verification and BSE via audits.
